Well, Apple will detect if it was jailbroken, even if restored and cleared all remnants of it being jailbroken, so you cant return it when it breaks or dies, it makes it slow, it is illegal, and, also, you cant restore it if you download even 1 of the 96 malicious and viral apps on installer, and all 97 will disable the firewires (place where you connect it to iTunes cable), and will also brick it. That's why yopu don't jailbreak it. If you actually like Apple, you won't ruin the hard work they put into their products. See ya.
