Install Mac OS X on your PC?

There's a new and easy way of installing Mac OS X on your PC! That's Efix (www.efi-x.com). Efix is a dongle which allows you to install Mac OS X on a regular PC without the hassle many had to go through before that.

Is Efix going to be a success? Buying a cheap computer, the Mac OS X system and Efix could make owning/using Mac OS X around three times (or more) cheaper than buying an Apple machine.

Will that drive changes in the Apple business industry: prices going down, for example?

No, I don't think so. Only because you can already install OSX using dual boot. So, techs that need to utilize multiple oss for testing, already have this achieved.

Ive never heard of such a thing!! I might actually think of trying this but it be kinda like having a non-mac mac.

I came across a article about EFix on another blog site. Doesn't running any Apple Operating System say that it has to be on an Apple-manufactured computer? I believe that is the controversy behind Psystar's Mac Clones.

didn't know about this Efix, but I knew there were ways of installing OS X on a PC.
About the success of Efix... I doubt that.
