Hmm I dont really like the headphone design either. It looks awkward to be honest. I would doubt that everyones ears suit them.

I think portability is obviously the purpose of an iPod to begin with, but I would never buy a shuffle or a nano because of its lack of size. I don't want to own a pricey device that I have to constantly fear losing or snapping in half!

They should just make the Nano's they have now just a touch screen

They don't need to change the size etc... Just leave them as is but make the whole front a touch screen. It wont have web apps or wifi as the screen is to small but it would allow you to flick to your next song

That is a grand idea, just put the Music, Video, Settings, Contacts. Well that's all you can fit on it haha Wish I could do a mock up.... but it does sound neat!
