Amora iconset

I will use the chance to introduce You to my most favorite iconset- i tried hard to get away from it, but the mixture of technical complexity and subtle simplicity (You have to be a fan of the colors red and white, though) is so addictive that it even invaded my iphone-but have a look!

The icons, as You can imagine, work best if contrasting to a darker background... have a look! You might also want to visit the author's website, David Lanham

i used to use this set with Mac OS X Tiger. Since updating to Leopard, I haven't gotten tired of the new icons yet. here and there i specific icons, but not the entire set... yet.

Some new fancy icon set will catch your eye and you'll switch a few up

If You ask me the new iconset of leopard has it's weaknesses in terms of contrast... this blueish color that they use for folders is so uniformly odd... hard to distinguish the symbol on 'em....

have a look at the picture attached... no matter how much You tweak the surrounding, the high contrast assures best readability for all the icons even at small sizes...
