Mabs, the application Update widget is an amazing thing! Iusethis was my resource in connection with the desktop helper to the community, Appfresh...

but AU is far more unconditional and far less demanding resource-wise... love it!

i have those widgets. very handy. and i'll test the mactropolis widget, and i might be able to improve it if you give me the dashcode file too.
