That's an interesting opinion.
While I haven't used numbers much to be honest, I have really enjoyed Pages thus far. Keynote is pretty cool too. I must admit that I am still using excel as well for a few things... But I recently picked up the iWork 08 package and will probably install in the near future. When I bought my macbook pro I had the previous version of iWork installed. From this install I got started with Pages. Big pages fan. To date, I'm on the fence with Numbers. |

With You there, You two!
I've bought and am using the new Iwork suite whenever possible and the strongest buying argument for me was Numbers... and I must say, if You just want to plainly go for visualising and professionally formatting an output sheet, there is no better way than to do it in Numbers... me being a scientist I have to submit quite a lot of reports, and with this option it is quick and shiny... So VERY recommendable from my point of view... I think that everyone of us has its own routine when it comes to do the techy stuff- where even Excel is falling short- and progs like Prism take over and make Your life easier... No idea what I am talking about? Soon to come there'll be a forum in the city- for the Mac scientist in You! cheers!
