Wink Torn between two lovers.

Ok.

So, just like the 90% of the world, I'm of course a PC user.
However, Windows is honestly starting to get on my last nerve.

So I would need to insight on whether or not I should try and switch over to Mac.

I love PC because I completely familiar with the system and I'm able to quickly able to get the job done.
..on the other hand, I love Mac because obviously it's just beautiful, has some great 3rd party apps, and is manufactured by Apple only. Too bad I don't know how to work it.

Soo......
HELP!

Go Mac. You can put XP on it too. You can check out the thread on "Parallels" on here, and read more about it. But you can now run XP or Vista on Intel-Macs along with Tiger or Leopard (Mac's OS).

I've always been a pc, and I'm on one right now. But after using one, I'm definitely going mac for my next laptop. Use one for a while if you have the opportunity. I doubt you will regret it.

i swapped about six months ago.
i was very hesitant and wasnt sure how easily i would adjust.
Mac's still do most things PC's do just with more reliability and faster.

i really only took afew days to become really confident.
now i couldn't go back.

Yes, you can install using VMWare, and another option, I forget, just conduct a search for running osx on windows, and options will appear.

hummm, two lovers?

The starting post strongly reminded me of the time I was switching... I really was through with all the bugs and viruses and maintenancing the registry was fun until You deleted things you desperately needed...
long story short, windows ate most of the time I wanted to use for working by its immense maintenance issues....

that was three years from now, and I can certainly say it was worth EVERY step away from Windows!

But it's hard to believe all these testimonies, I know, so just two for You, playa:

- You meet a whole lot of happy Win to mac switchers, ever heard of someone boasting being happy walking that road in the other direction?

- If it was really so hard and different to use a Mac, how come You see all these old people preferring Macs over PCs for their handling?

Make up Your own mind, try the OS, never look back ;-)
