If you win one of the weekly $25 iTunes gift cards, are you still in the drawing for the iPhones? If so, is it a deminished chance that you will win or is it the same? And also one more, if you win the 16gb iPhone, do you get to choose the color?

i have a question.
do you already have the iphones Mr Mayor, or are you buying them along with everyone else? What happens if the demand is too high and you dont get them??

Will they be unlocked? because no-one is sure that new iphones can be unlocked....

If you win one of the $25 iTunes gift cards you are still in the drawing for the other prizes as well. Your winning 'ticket' simply discounts ONE of your entries.... so as long as you've posted more than once you're ok

Depending on availability, the choice of the 16GB iPhone would be up to the winner

Good questions.

Who really knows what the supply of the new 3G's are going to be like, and how easily and readily they will be available...

With that in mind, I will work closely with the winners to absolutely ensure that they get their iPhone. If it comes to it, winners can head down to their AT&T (or other carrier) store, purchase the phone/plan, and I will reimburse them for the amount of the iPhone itself.

Winners WILL receive their iPhones, we just might have to work it out as we go depending on the situation
