Midnight?? I thought it was at noon tomorrow! Well thats kind of a relief because if i end up magically getting the money and buying an iPhone at 8 AM, I wouldn't wan to take the chance away from someone else winning one.

I know that there will be a video of Mr. Mayor pulling the winners name out of a hat without naming the winner's name in text to add to the suspense. No idea on the time though. Anyone else know?
