PHP & MySQL on your Mac

Has anyone setup or configured PHP & MySQL on their mac? I know you can. I would like to. I know Apache and PHP comes already in the OS.

Funny enough, I have set up PHP with Apache on my iPod Touch, but not on a Mac. It is definitely not a hard thing to do, though, and I've also used PHP at the command line quite a lot.
