iTunes: Unlimited Downloads via Subscription?
What do you think about that!? The rumors are flying again that iTunes will allow unlimited downloads for a monthly subscription... or for inflated device prices (ipods at a premium price)...

Monthly subscription would be ideal for me. £10 per month would be OK seeing as I pay Audible £15 per month for two audio books.
I agree with the suggestion of Alex Lindsay: a monthly subscription for content at a low bit-rate such as 128 Kbps and then, if I want to buy a certain song, I could still buy it at a higher bit-rate (e.g. 256 or even 320 Kbps).

Yeah I don't mind that suggestion either. I'm sure the powers that be are mulling over every possible combination of options here...
So many ways you could do it... Will be interesting to see if anything actually happens here...

I don't think that will happen, don't they have to pay the artist like a percent of the cost of the download? If they have monthly subscription they will start losing abit I guess, because obvously I would be downloading loads and loads of stuff

Boo on zune!!! that word should be censored in these forums :P
Even if microsft alrready has that and apple then does it, it's not copying.. if it was, then you are telling me that there should be just one fast food restaurant because the others are copying?
