AirRemote: The $100 App!
![]() Basically this is an app that makes your iPhone a fully fledged remote control to control your house, but it isnt just for use with tv, oh no... You can control lutron Lighting, movie servers, and flick through DVDs and music using CoverFlow. This app will be available on the appstore on July 11th for an astounding $100! I don't know about you but i could find a couple more things that i would rather spend $100 on. So is anyone willing to pay $100 for this app? Oh and of course, a video: YouTube - Airremote app for Apple iPhone 3G Sources: AirRemote.com, CEPro

Yeah and plus you have to purchase one of these boxes that costs around $100 also and then hooks it up to EVERYTHING that you want to use the remote with. Ouch, not worth it at all.

Woth it
Hey, 100 bugs for an outstanding idea ist not much. We saw many tries before. AMX, Crestron, surely in packages not unter 10.000. Other boxes not under 700 for only two IRs-Ports and no IR itself included. So, it seams to be a solution for only 100 paying the software and another 100 for a IR box. Definetly, not really expensive.
